MEET THE SALARYMEN
Marginal Salarymen are an experimental ambient/noise duo documenting the emotional byproducts of modern employment. Their compositions blur the line between drone, industrial ambience, and the low electrical hum of fluorescent lighting.
Gleeman plays bass and provides grunts and howls. Tamboer drums with the steady determination of someone who has already accepted the outcome.
Neither member has ever publicly acknowledged whether the songs are autobiographical.
Their debut recording, EVERY YEAR UNTIL THE END OF YEARS, follows a single anonymous worker through twelve increasingly indistinguishable months.
